MEETING SPACE

Our flexible conference room is a state-of-the-art facility built to meet all your training, corporate meeting and conference needs. You can choose from a wide variety of room styles and the setup can be customized to meet your specific requirements. There is a minimum one-hour charge for room rental, with additional time billed in 15-minute increments. Our meeting space can accommodate up to 25 attendees.

VIDEO CONFERENCING

Please schedule your video conference one week in advance if all participating sites are within the U.S. (two weeks for international video conferences). This allows time for us to conduct a quality assurance test with the "far end" locaiton, which tests the connectivity of the participating site and ensures that all systems are suitable for high quality videoconferencing. NOTE: client is responsible for locating participating site on "far end". If you require NBBIT to locate a "far end" location for video conferencing, additional fees will apply.

Videoconferencing rates depend on the number of connections, the bandwidth of the connection, the duration of the conference, and the time of day. There is a minimum one-hour charge for room rental/video conferencing, with additional time billed in 15-minute increments. Room rental includes technical support during the conference.
