| Enter your FIRST NAME and the "SUPPORT KEY" provided to you by NBBIT staff in the window below. If you do not have a "KEY", contact NBBIT to request one: (800) 841-5819 |

2) Click "START SUPPORT SESSION" to launch & install the software, replying with "RUN" and/or "YES" when prompted. |

Once connected , NBBIT staff will control your mouse and keyboard and will either chat with you over the phone, if applicable, or via the built-in CHAT feature.
